Booking / Arival

1. Is there a minimum length of stay in Avino Apartments?

There is no minimum length of your stay, but to fully experience the location we recommend booking at least five days.

2. Is it possible to arrive at the apartment on any weekday?

Yes, your stay can begin and end on the day you choose. We think that this approach is much better for booking air travel tickets at the best prices. Extra arrival coordination charges may apply if occupancy commences change unexpectedly.

 

3. When should we book our apartment?

Some of our apartments are booked up to six months in advance, often by returning guests. It is safer that you contact us for availability as soon as you know your travel dates.

 

4. At what time is the check-in?

Apartment Amenities / Pets / Accessibility​

1. Will I need to bring anything for “cooking at home” for the stay?

Only the food! All our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you would need to make a meal at home. All the basic equipment is provided, and in most cases, the appliances are high-end, and the cookware is gourmet quality.

 

2. Is there anything we need to bring besides cooking stuff?

We want you to feel at home the moment you arrive. We provide everything from towels, bed linens, appliances, irons and ironing boards to hair dryers. Of course, you might have your personal preferred toiletries which we might not find or purchase particularly in Bali, so please bring your own toiletries or personal health care items. We try to describe each apartment in detail on the apartment types page but feel free to ask us for more details on any given property.

 

3. Are the pictures of the property recent?

Certainly! We make it a point to update our property photos regularly. After every renovation, we give the place a thorough check to ensure the pictures you see online truly represent what you'll find when you arrive.

 

4. Are the apartments air-conditioned?

All of our apartments are air-conditioned, and our guests say it’s worth it!

 

5. Do I need to take off my shoes?

Yes, please take off your shoes within your apartment unit. It helps maintain cleanliness and ensures a cozy, welcoming environment for everyone.

6. How about Wifi and telephone?

Yes, We have a cell-phone which our staff carries and answers during working hours. 

All of our apartments have Wifi (200mbps).

 

7. Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

Sorry, all our properties are strictly non-smoking. You may excuse yourself to the public area outside the apartment if you wish to have a quick puff though, please beware of the cigarette disposal when you are finished, as it might hurt others who step on it. 

 

9. Is bringing a small pet allowed?

No, you are not allowed to bring your own pet, since the owner has already occupied with 2 rabbits, they are undeniably cute and all guest are free to pet them since they are free roam in the lobby during day time, and will be gated during night time.

 

11. Do you have a lift?

Unfortunately no, but if you are familiar with Bali’s terrain, a few more stairs should not be a problem.

Your Safety / Neighborhood Info

1. Are your rental apartments located in a safe neighborhood?

Our apartments are located in a safe neighborhood. While no destination is entirely free from occasional incidents, Bali boasts a notably low crime rate. You can feel comfortable walking on your own, we simply encourage you to maintain awareness, just as you should in any new city.

 

2. Are your apartments safe?

Absolutely. You can rest your head, knowing that the security guards or our personnel will be present in the property during night time. We are also secured by the short circuit (CCTV) within the apartment's surroundings.

 

3. Can you recommend good restaurants in the neighborhood?

Sure! There is nothing better than recommendations from locals. Upon arrival or even before, we are here to help you create an unforgettable experience. Directing you to the best neighborhood eateries, as well as bakeries, markets, and anything else that may be of interest to you during your stay.

Payments

1. I am interested in renting an apartment. And now?

You have plenty of options on how to reach us, the best way is via WhatsApp (+62 813 3658 5069) or go to the contact page. Additionally you can visit Avino Airbnb profile and choose the property you want to book.

 

2. When will the security deposit be returned?

The security deposit for guests who booked directly with us will be returned the day you checked out, and for those with low Airbnb rating or new users is cashed after paying for the booking.

 

3. What are your cancellation terms?

Payments are PARTLY REFUNDABLE in accordance with the rental agreement (read it here). If renting any of our properties, you agree to respect the terms and conditions of our agreement. We strongly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance should you unexpectedly have to cancel. We are happy to recommend several reputable companies should you wish to protect your travel investment in this way. Please be reminded that for monthly rental, you are obliged to inform us AT LEAST one month in advance of your check out date. 

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your rental by Visa/Amex/Mastercard. You may also pay by bank wire transfer. Or directly through Airbnb. We will send you full instructions on how to pay when you book. Some cases require a separate payment of a security deposit for potential damages.
